This used to be known as the I’s of Potatoes which previously targeted the younger generations within the industry, not just growers but wider industry participants (under 40) by providing them with opportunities to meet together and to discuss issues of interest.

This year the programme was renamed People in Potatoes and has been widened to include all industry participants, regardless of age.  The aim is to have two events annually in each of the three regions.

The key is to encourage collaboration and provide inspiration through exposure to different businesses from other New Zealand industries which utilise creativity, innovation and highly developed business practices in their successful enterprises.
