Potato salad with kohlrabi and spring onion

A potato salad with a delicious difference.

Serves 4

500g small boiling potatoes, boiled and cooled
2 spring onions, sliced
1 cup grated kohlrabi
¼ cup olive oil
pinch salt
¼ cup chopped coriander

Place potatoes in a serving dish.
Mix spring onions, kohlrabi, oil, salt and coriander together.
Add to potatoes and serve.
