Code of Conduct
All delegates are required to agree to the Summit Code of Conduct when registering for Agronomy Summit. It states:
I agree:
- treating all staff, and other delegates with consideration and respect
- acting responsibly with regard to alcohol consumption
- complying with all requests from Potatoes New Zealand staff and event staff.
I understand that if I breach the Code of Conduct, I may be expelled from the Summit without a refund and may face disciplinary action.
Agronomy Summit Photographer
A Summit photographer may be onsite during the Summit and social functions and the photos may be used for future Summit collateral and promotion. If you do not want your photograph/video taken, please ensure you (it is your responsibility) inform the photographer that you do not give permission for your photo/video to be taken at the time.
Health and Safety
Potatoes New Zealand and all Summit venues are required to provide a safe and healthy environment for all attendees at the Summit . This extends to ensuring the
Summit operations do not place the local community at risk of any injury, illness or property damage.
All measures within our ability will be undertaken to ensure that attendees are as informed as possible about potential risks or hazards they may face whilst attending the Summit. All attendees will need to ensure that all health and safety concerns, and all accidents or near misses are immediately reported to the health and safety officer on site.
All attendees are encouraged to be always responsible, and to promote a safe and healthy working environment for the entire Summit duration.
