International Day of Potato Promotion Terms and Conditions 

1. Eligibility: The giveaway is open to all residents of New Zealand.

2. Entry Period: The giveaway begins on Friday 8 May at 7am and ends on Thursday 28 May at 12pm. Entries submitted outside of the Entry Period will not be considered. 

3. How to Enter: To enter the giveaway, participants must complete the online form. Only one entry per person is permitted. 

4. Prize: There are four International Day of Potato Prize Bundles to give away and they include:

• 1 x Ninja Foodi Dual Zone 7.6L Air Fryer
• 1 x Tefal Emotion Stainless Steel Pot
• 1 x Tablefair Spice Rack – Set of 8 Spices
• 1 x Mulini Battery Operated Mill Set – Salt & Pepper Set
• 1 x Wiltshire Deep Roast Pan, plus Spatula
• 1 x Stainless Steel Colander
• 1 x Fusion Potato Masher
• 1 x Fusion Serving Spoon
• 1 x Joseph Nest Peel – Set of 2
• 1 x 8 Pack of Galaxy Kitchen Towels
• 1 x Graze – Cooking Book by Suzanne Lenzer

The prize is non transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative items. 

5. Winner Selection: The winner will be selected through a random draw on Thursday 28 May. The winner will be notified via phone or email. If the winner does not respond within 10 days of notification, a new winner may be selected. 

6. Publicity Release: By accepting the prize, the winner grants Potatoes New Zealand the right to use their name, likeness, and any submitted content for promotional purposes without further compensation or permission. 

7. Privacy: Any personal information collected from participants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the giveaway and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law. 

8. Disqualification: Potatoes New Zealand reserves the right to disqualify any entries or participants. 

9. Limitation of Liability: Potatoes is not responsible for any lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for any technical or human error that may occur in the administration of the giveaway. By participating, participants agree to release and hold harmless Potatoes New Zealand from any liability arising from their participation in the giveaway or acceptance and use of the prize. 

10. Modification or Termination: Potatoes New Zealand reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway at any time for any reason without prior notice.
