Catherine James lives in Pukekohe and works in horticultural research, where she runs trials to support crop protection product development and help bring innovative solutions to growers.

She is passionate about supporting emerging professionals in the vegetable industry and sharing knowledge to improve on-farm practices through collaboration and practical research.

Outside of work, Catherine enjoys photography, creative arts like knitting and cross-stitching, and she has recently developed an interest in fishkeeping.
