The Rural Wellbeing Expo 2026 is a free community event dedicated to supporting the health, wellbeing, and resilience of New Zealand’s rural communities. Delivered in partnership with Asian Family Services, this event brings together growers, families, workers, and residents in Pukekohe to access trusted health services, practical advice, and culturally inclusive support — all in one place.
Whether you are part of the horticulture sector or simply living in a rural area, the Expo is designed to make wellbeing services more accessible, break down language and cultural barriers, and ensure everyone knows where to go for help.
