1. Eligibility
The giveaway is open to all residents of New Zealand aged 18 years and over.
2. Entry Period
The giveaway begins on Monday 6 July 2026 and closes at 11.59pm on Sunday 12 July 2026. Entries submitted outside of the Entry Period will not be considered.
3. How to Enter
To enter the giveaway, participants must complete the online entry form and provide the requested information. Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries from the same individual may be disqualified.
4. Prize
There are two prizes to be won. Each prize consists of:
- 1 x Ninja Foodi Air Fryer
The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash or any other alternative.
5. Winner Selection
Two winners will be selected through a random draw following the close of the promotion. Winners will be notified via phone or email using the contact details provided in their entry. If a winner does not respond within 10 days of notification, Potatoes New Zealand reserves the right to select another winner.
6. Publicity Release
By accepting the prize, winners grant Potatoes New Zealand the right to use their first name, surname, region, photographs, and any submitted content for promotional purposes without further compensation or permission.
7. Privacy
Any personal information collected from participants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the giveaway and contacting winners. Personal information will not be shared with third parties without consent, except where required by law.
8. Disqualification
Potatoes New Zealand reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who breaches these terms and conditions or who is found to have submitted misleading, fraudulent, or multiple entries.
9. Limitation of Liability
Potatoes New Zealand is not responsible for any lost, late, incomplete, corrupted, or misdirected entries, or for any technical or human error that may occur in the administration of the giveaway.
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Potatoes New Zealand, its employees, directors, and partners from any liability arising from their participation in the giveaway or acceptance and use of the prize.
10. Modification or Termination
Potatoes New Zealand reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway at any time for any reason without prior notice.
11. Promoter
The promoter of this giveaway is Potatoes New Zealand Incorporated.
