Women in Horticulture Webinar: Navigating Leadership

Join an upcoming lunchtime webinar with Dr Ellen Joan Ford, an award-winning leader, researcher and international speaker with a passion for improving the working world for people and organisations.

In this engaging 45-minute session, Ellen will share insights on leadership in industries where senior positions are often male-dominated, drawing on her PhD research and real-world experience, including her time in the New Zealand Army and advising on structural change at senior levels.
