The 2016 Potatoes NZ Inc. Annual General Meeting is being held in Pukekohe on 20th July 2016.
Please note PNZ Inc. Conferences are held every two years so the next potato industry conference will be held in July 2017.
All grower and trade members are able to attend the PNZ Inc. AGM free of charge (that is no registration fee applies for the AGM).
All members of the wider potato industry are also welcome to attend.

Notices of Motion and Proxy Voting Papers were mailed out to grower and trade members last week. The AGM papers have also been posted by 1st July. If for any reason you have not received them please email Andrea Crawford.
Proxy Voting papers must be completed correctly and returned to Potatoes NZ Inc. by 9:00am on Tuesday 19th July 2016. The Chair may be nominated to hold your proxy.
