Potatoes with poppy seeds

Serves 4-6

4 Tbsp canola oil
50g poppy seeds
500g potatoes, peeled and diced
3 large onions, peeled and chopped
50g toasted sesame seeds
50g toasted cashew nuts, chopped
pinch salt

Heat oil in pan, add poppy seeds.
Add the potatoes, onions, sesame seeds, cashew nuts and salt.
Cover and cook until potatoes are tender.
Serve.
